Total Tech is committed to ensuring the highest quality and satisfaction with our installation services. Our installation warranty, exclusive to the original vehicle owner, guarantees our wiring and workmanship for the lifetime of your ownership. This warranty is specific to you and becomes invalid if the vehicle changes hands or if any modifications are made by individuals outside of Total Tech.

Should any issues arise with our installation work, we are ready to rectify these at no additional labor cost at any of our three locations. Please note, all warranty services must be conducted in-house. For services requested at a location of your choice, a fee for travel expenses will apply, although the repair labor remains complimentary.

For products purchased directly from Total Tech, the manufacturer’s warranty applies, ranging from one to five years depending on the item. In the event of a product failure under warranty, we will facilitate the replacement or repair on behalf of the manufacturer. Please be aware that while we cover the coordination with the manufacturer, a minimal labor fee for the removal and reinstallation of parts may be incurred due to circumstances beyond our control regarding defective components.
